Customer Service Sales Representative


Other duties may be assigned to meet business demand.

  • Responsible for the sales of parts, service, and welding in the Edmonton South Territory
  • Develop business relationships with current customers to promote a high level of service and expertise
  • Develop new business with prospective customers for all products Western Materials offers
  • Promoting our PM Program to new and current customers, resulting in the growth of the program
  • Resigning existing PM agreements on an annual basis and ensuring customers are happy with our offerings
  • Providing accurate and honest repair estimates to customers on a timely basis
  • Deal with any discrepancies that arise on invoices to customers
  • Provide Head Office with credit applications from new customer accounts
  • Follow new truck deliveries to ensure satisfaction with the product and promote Preventative Maintenance program
  • Work with the New Truck Salesperson counterpart in the territory to further the business in the territory
  • Review technician service reports daily and follow up with customers about work performed as required
  • Fill out call reports on a daily basis
  • Work with customers with any issues or concerns raised to resolve amicably

Job Type: Full time
Locations: Edmonton, Alberta
Potential Start Date: Immediately
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the representation and sales of the Parts and Service Departments within the Edmonton Territory.
