This Exide 48V forklift charger utilizes a standard ferro-resonant transformer, providing isolation from the AC service line and regulates the charging current. The transformer output is connected to a full-wave bridge of silicon diodes, which provides DC charging current to the battery. This charger is currently available in Edmonton.
