Workplace violence is an increasingly common problem in Canada, involving everything from threatening or intimidating behavior to physical assault. This course covers aspects of violence in the workplace such as definitions of workplace violence, the legislation concerning workplace violence and harassment policies and programs, and workplace violence risk assessment, control methods, and reporting procedures.
