COVID-19: A Message to Our Valued Customers

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS

PARTS
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all high contact areas with hospital grade sanitization products.
  • Staff are practicing good hygiene and frequent hand washing.
  • Optional curbside|delivery of all parts.
  • Plexi-glass has been installed throughout the parts departments; to prevent direct contact between customers, and as well, between each employee.
  • Maintaining physical distancing at all times.
  • Require all staff members to adhere to the Alberta Government health guidelines, in relation to COVID-19.
  • Customers can enter through the Parts Department to order, but must remain behind the plexi-glass at all times.

SERVICE
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all high contact areas with hospital grade sanitization products.
  • Technician are required to sanitize equipment before they begin working on customer equipment and after they have completed the job.
  • Technicians are required to wear nitrile gloves at all times.
  • Technicians are to following all safety protocols while on customer sites.
  • Eliminate the need for signed work orders on tablets. Customers have the option of supplying their first and last name and having paperwork emailed directly to them.

RENTALS & NEW/USED EQUIPMENT
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all high contact areas with hospital grade sanitization products.
  • Staff are practicing good hygiene and frequent hand washing.
  • All rental and sales units (new and used) will be sanitized before delivery and after they are returned.
  • Sales staff are working remotely as much as possible in order to eliminate amount of traffic in our local branches.
  • Suspended all business related travel.

SAFETY TRAINING
  • Edmonton: Safety Training Center is still open with reduced class sizes and COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
  • Calgary, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Red Deer, and Grande Prairie: Safety Training Centers are closed. However, Safety Training is still being offered at customer facilities, given COVID-19 safety precautions are in place.
  • Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all high contact areas with hospital grade sanitization products.
  • Staff are practicing frequent hand washing.
  • Sanitizing desks, pens and chairs before and after each class; both on customer sites and at our local Edmonton training center.
  • 6′ physical distancing between trainers and students at all times.
  • 1 student allowed per table.
  • Rubber gloves will be provided to each student.
  • Wiping down of equipment before and after each student completed the practical evaluation.
  • 6 student maximum per class.
  • Distancing students using pylons for the practical training.
  • All students must ensure they are symptom free and following Alberta’s current public health orders.
  • Trainers have the right to refuse service.
